their body, mind & soul in a safe environment where you will be able

Both experienced
teachers will guide you through week long
sound healing, yoga, dance
and visualizations

Ilona Pantel - Official Fasting Teacher
Ilona received
her diploma in Psychology and has completed studies in several
therapeutic techniques (Hakomai, Hypnotherapy). She studied in
Barcelona and received her diploma at the University of
Erlangen-Nurnberg. |
Furthermore, she
deepened, her training in New York and Seattle as well as
completing a Hakomi training in Santa Barbara, Ojai California.
In addition to that, she worked in New York in different social
fields.
Her holistic world-view lead her to pay more and more attention
to different forms of diets and trainings, and made her analyze
their influence on our daily efforts, as well as on our general
well-being.
After many years of self-experience in different areas of
detoxification, she completed a training as Fasting Manager
and Adviser in Dietetics at the DFA (German Fasting Academy).
She currently lives at
Buddha House in Ibiza, Spain where she presents regular
Detox, HEALING & Fasting Retreats
throughout the year.

Maureen Ji - Sound Therapist
During a journey to Varanasi (India) in 2003,
Maureen Ji decided to devote her life
to music and began to study Indian classical music with Pandith Shivanat
Mishra. She discovered her love for the sitar and singing.In 2007 she received a diploma in sound therapy with the International
Association of Sound Therapy and has since studied with a variety of
sound therapists and body workers. |
Weaving her musical expertise and the modality of sound healing, Maureen
facilitates workshops, retreats and performances all over the world.
Maureen creates a safe space for opening with song, chanting,
meditation, healing sounds and visualization to bring about
transformative experiences.
She currently lives in Ibiza, Spain.
